Ms. Health and Fitness and Jared Allen's Homes for Wounded Warriors would like to thank Anna Moravusova and her voters for helping us donate to our injured United States military veterans!
Do anything that gets the heart pumping and blood flowing, is fun, motivating, challenging and enticing to make you hungry for more. Change and variety is important to keep the fitness lifestyle interesting. From personal experience, I have gone through my fair share of obsessions, including Zumba, Swimming, Insanity and now mostly weight lifting. Keeping It constantly changing keeps me interested and makes me want to keep going. And most importantly, it has to be fun!
Working in medicine can be challenging and mentally draining at times and I find my relaxation time at the gym. It helps me destress, refocus and in return it gives me energy to keep my mind sharp to help care for our patients. Amazingly being physically active, gives me lot of energy, improves my mood and keeps me smiling every day.
I would use the money to cross the number one item off my bucket list and that is to go to Africa on a medical mission trip, which I imagine would be life changing. I would also help my family who still live in Slovakia and earn minimum monthly income. And if there was anything left, I would like to help pay off my student loans.
