To take one step at the time, set small goals, be motivated by the bigger picture and realise consistency is the key. Develop love for the process of trial and error as one has to learn for themselves what works and what doesn’t. There are no Universal solutions. We are all unique in one way or the other. But most of all, the understanding It’s a lifetime choice not a temporary solution is important. Be kind and loving towards yourself, but push to be better.
I feel abundance of energy and the positive impact of good diet and exercise caused balancing my hormones ( Dopamine, Serotonin, Oxytocin, Endorphins) so I always feel happy even when facing difficulties in life. It has dramatically improved my relationships with my close ones as well as everyone else around. When you proud and love yourself you treat others with love.
I would invest it in a fitness& well-being project to spread the knowledge of a true healthy eating habits ( balanced diet no feed diets ) and exercise (doesn’t have to be gym, but any movement at a persons choice that they enjoy) and educate those in need to avoid overwhelming and frustration of the abundance of information provided based on commercial reasons
