What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

My recommendations for others who want to be fit and healthy would be to focus on diet and nourishment first - your body is your temple and you should treat it as such. Don’t try to change everything at once, instead focus on making healthier choices bit by bit so it becomes your lifestyle instead of a temporary quick fix. Making sure you make time to exercise regularly is also important, but a good diet and positive habits are the key to making and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

When I focus in my fitness it positively influences my life by not only making me feel better about how I look, but also gives me pride in how strong I can become. My overall health is improved by regular exercise. Physically I tone up and build my core and muscles, and mentally it also helps by giving me an outlet to destress. I also enjoy going to the gym and meeting like minded people who motivate me into pushing myself out of my comfort zone so I can grow.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If I were to win the title of Ms Health and Fitness and subsequently $20,000, I would put it towards taking my sons on a holiday and to help build my online business ventures And share my story!
