I’m just an average 157lb fitness junkie who likes anime and wants to break the stigma about heavy lifting and body positivity!
Ms. Health and Fitness and Jared Allen's Homes for Wounded Warriors would like to thank Andrea Carbo and her voters for helping us donate to our injured United States military veterans!
Being fit and healthy doesn’t happen overnight. You have to be committed to loving yourself throughout your whole fitness and health journey no matter what you look like. Be in many communities that support your journey! EMBRACE YOUR NERD SELF! EAT A NICE BURGER EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE.At the end of the the day,it’s not about how many abs you have and how much muscle you gained. It’s about having fun with your workouts and feeling healthy.
Getting more active has helped me understand that taking care of yourself mentally also means taking care of yourself physically They both go hand in hand. It helps me feel more confident in my cosplays and in general taught me different and fun ways you can stay active instead of solely cardio. It’s my sole stress reliever and fun hobby for outside of work and school.
I plan on donating 5,000 dollars to my favorite apparel shop called FeedMeFightMe and 5,000 dollars to the Louisiana School for the Deaf. The other half,I would love to help my Local Anime convention, End of Turn Games(a gaming shop in Houma) and gain better cosplay materials, gym equipments, and also pay for some school materials and tuition. I also have a dream about wanting to go to see the Olympic Weight Lifters compete... (2020 y’all ✨)
