Exercise at least 3 times a week, eat healthy, have a good sleep and stick to your workout routine. Discipline and hard work are key ingredients in order to be fit and healthy. Fitness is a lifestyle choice.
It changed totally my life, made me be more confident and happy with myself, has been giving me mental health and lots of energy in my day to day life. I am now influencing positively my family and friends who started to do fitness as they can see the amazing benefits of fitness.
I would definitely spend my time and money to equip some NHS hospitals with physio equipments in order to help people in need to get fully recovered by benefiting from well equipped gyms.
