Fitness has helped me to come out of my shell and be confident in who I am both inside and out. If you had asked me 6 years ago if I'd enter into something like this my answer would be HECK NO! I was super shy and self-conscious growing up but fitness has helped me learn to love myself. Nothing beats the feeling of hitting a new PR in the gym or seeing your body change as you go through phases of adding muscle or losing fat. It's really a beautiful thing.
I would donate a portion to a charity focused on helping people with mental health and addiction issues as I've personally lost friends because of their addictions. I'd buy some new toys for my doggos and cats, send some gifts to friends and family and save the rest to invest in my dream home which I hope to get within the next year.
