3 major keys to a healthier happier lifestyle: Eat a lot of food through the day, stay hydrated, and Just get up and move. There are so many places to start when improving your health, if you make it a point to drink more water, eat more often to stimulate your metabolism, and get your body to be more active (walk, hike, ride your bike, tennis, lift weights), and STAY CONSISTENT, you will feel better, think clearer, and improve your overall health.
Fitness helps me live my life in general. Having osteoarthritis in both knees, it is painful to do pretty much everything. Keeping my body moving, strengthening my muscles to support my knee joint, reduces my overall pain on a daily and allows me to do every day activities that most 24 years olds can do (workout, go on hikes, play on the beach, swim, etc.).
I would use those funds to help launch a women’s empowerment program I’ve been developing. It’s centered around bringing together women who have experienced spousal abuse, sexual abuse, etc. and empower them to take back their lives through fitness. Health is wealth and we want to empower everyone we can to be/ feel better
