Surround yourself with people that support your goals! Maybe join a fitness class where others are working on the same thing. Team motivation is great way to keep yourself going and staying on track. Track what you eat but do it the way it works for you. If its easier to write it down, do it, if it easier to use a macro program on your phone, do it!
I wake up at 4:30 most mornings to get my workout in. It's a great way to get my day started right. If I don't start with a workout or sleep in it seems to have a bad affect on my whole day. It also helps with keeping my family healthy. I want to teach my son to live a fit and healthy life. I believe if he can focus his energy on things like that it will keep him out of trouble!
I would pay off some debt and then use some to adopt a child. Its insane how much it costs to adopt. Having a family is something my husband and I have always wanted. We went through two rounds of in-vitro. I became pregnant my first round but had a miss-carriage. My second round I was pregnant with twins and we lost our daughter shortly after birth. Adoption is something my husband and I have always wanted to do but funding is definitely something that has been an issue for us.
