What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Don’t wait for tomorrow! There’s no right time to ever start your journey to being fit and healthy. Don’t wait for tomorrow, next week or next month, start today you will be thankful you did. Choose something you enjoy to do and take little steps day by day towards that better you! Consistency over time equals results!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness or sport is something that has always been apart of my life since a very young age. I’m very lucky that now I get to do something that I love everyday for career. I know myself, that my mood and mindset are much more positive when I’m fit and healthy and training on a regular basis whether it be comp season or off season.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would love to use the money to help build a platform within the community where women of all ages feel comfortable to come and workout and feel positive about themselves. I would love to use this platform to inspire women that your never to old and you can achieve whatever you want no matter what age you are. At age 30, I went to my first gymnastics session ever to learn skills so that I could compete in the fitness division. 18 months later, I was making my IFBB Pro Debut!
