It's the only way to start my day. During my training fitness provides me the challenge to meet personal goals to satisfy my DAILY eagerness to be stronger physically and emotionally. To be a better woman, wife, mother and inspire other women while doing so.
In conjunction with fitness, I would like the chance to further invest in my passion for healthy food/nutrition. I blogged healthy recipes for a few years, my goal would be to have a forum to provide my fit creations for others seeking HOW to eat and prepare healthful foods, as it is an important link to reach and maintain fitness goals.
