Focusing on short term goals and taking things one day at a time will lead to success. Becoming fit and healthy is a lifestyle change, and change doesn't happen over night. Take time to reflect on the positive physical and mental changes you've made while on this journey.
Fitness has influenced my physical and mental growth over the years. It has given me the confidence and courage to chase after things I want in all areas of my life. I have succeeded and failed at many of my own fitness goals. But each success has given me the drive to progress with new goals and each failure has given me the opportunity to learn and try again. Fitness is constant and its all about your attitude and drive to learn and continue to self improve.
If I was the next Ms. Health and Fitness I would use the $20,000 and invest in my business and the gym I work at. I also would probably use a good bit of it to pay for my student loans.
