What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Get through the first two weeks of being faithful to your fitness and heath, break the addiction cycle of sugar and chemicals in the unhealthy food. Form an addiction to feeling good about yourself and what you put in your body and you will become successful in your new way of thinking and your fitness. It’s a process to change your life for the better but completely worth it in the end.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness and health has not only changed my body but also changed my mind. I think clearer, sleep better, less bloating and sickness. It changes my attitude and turned my depression around. It gave me a completely new mindset.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would put it toward my future and help to continue to build myself up and help others through health and wellness.
