First, get into the right mindset. Find an eating plan and a workout that works for YOUR body. There are many different diets and workouts out there. I'm a big believer of eating a balanced diet, instead of restricting. Consistency is key! So, if you can buckle down and get through the first two weeks...you can get through weeks..months and years of eating healthy. Before you know it, you reach a goal. That's when you set more goals. There's always something to work towards!!!
I've been heavily into fitness since the age of 18. Now, I've had times where I've taken off for months here and there, but I always go back. I just feel better when I'm working out and eating balanced meals. Working out keeps me going, mentally and physically. We all have bad days, but using that workout to escape the world for just an hour or two helps tremendously. I love to help others achieve goals or even just give advice regarding fitness. It's all about helping others become their best!!
I would use some to pay off student loans from nursing school. Some I'd use to help my mom out because she's been my biggest supporter since day 1. I volunteer with the local animal shelter, so I'd give some to them too. The rest....a vacation!!!! We all need to get away sometimes right?!?
