What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Over the last few years I’ve hit so many highs and SO many lows when it comes to the health and fitness industry. I’ve tracked every bite of food, I’ve binged on 10k calories, I’ve had a 6 pack, I’ve been 35lbs over weight, I’ve boycotted the gym and I’ve been obsessed with the gym. I’ve realized that every single person is DIFFERENT. Every single person needs something different to make health and fitness work for THEM. Let’s find it💪🏼

How does fitness positively influence your life?

This industry is absolutely amazing, the support and strength that everyone brings to the table is incomparable, but at the same time can become saturated with unrealistic expectations of men and woman that aren’t attainable for 95% of people. For me... working out makes me FEEL good, eating 80% nutrient dense food and 20% donuts and cake is what WORKS for me. This is so much less about how I look and WAY more about how I feel. I want every single woman (and man) to find that too.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

Honestly, I couldn’t tell you right now. I would love to set it aside for my first home. I would also love to set it aside for my dream of opening my own gym facility down the road! I don’t have a specific idea for the money right now, I’m much more concerned about every other person on this journey and the opportunity to help and make a difference, than I am about the dollar about (that’s just a nice bonus).
