What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

I would tell them to first make sure they are doing it with utmost love for themselves. Chasing after an aesthetic and wanting to eat healthy only to “look good” will only lead to self hate. Trust me I’ve been there. I think it’s important to remember that you should become fit and healthy because you LOVE your body, not hate it. How does fitness positively influence your life?

I think my fitness journey has helped my mental health. Not only do I feel stronger and lighter, I am able to live my life knowing I am becoming a better version of myself everyday. I think it’s common for people to assume that a healthy lifestyle is one that leaves you miserable - but that is not true. Fitness is what you make of it - if you are someone that doesn’t like salads than that doesn’t mean you have to force yourself to eat one. There are plenty of ways to eat better

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

Honestly, I would consider it an investment. There are so many things I want to use my page for, but I am not financially where I want to be and the 20,000 would definitely help. For example, I want to start a YouTube Channel, and events where I can have a panel of speakers that can talk about fitness and their journey. I also want to make comfortable apparel for girls like me who like to stay modest. As a Muslim, I have always struggled to find clothes that aren’t too revealing and still
