FIND YOUR POWER! In that I mean, find what fuels you. Is it to feel sexy, is it to be healthier for your kids, is it to get over a breakup? What is it that's driving you to make a change for the better? Find refuge in your space of working out. Let it be a place where you can totally let go and just devote that time to yourself. As I always say "Inhale all that good shit and exhale all the bullshit." Fitness has given me so much strength not only physically but mentally as well. The reality is, we all have our moments. We've all been through things in our lives that hurt. Fitness has been that relationship with myself that I can depend on. Dedication to oneself is so important so that you can be strong for all the stuff the outside world throws at you. I always leave a workout feeling proud of myself!If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
1. I'd put money back into my business to be able to reach even more people that may want some guidance. 2. I'd donate to a charity that's near and dear to my heart- Gloria Gemma Foundation for breast cancer. 3. I'd take my family and a few close friends out for dinner and thank them for always being by my side. 4. I'd buy myself a CHEAT MEAL - Just keeping it real :-)
