My biggest suggestion would be, is to "NOT" compare yourself to others. You are your own person and this is your own journey. Set some mini goals that you can complete without any doubt, such as "today, I will park my car farther from the front door to my destination" or "today, I will finish drinking 1 gallon of water". Establish a routine around your schedule to include something physical everyday as well as establishing better eating habits.How does fitness positively influence your life?
I believe that fitness plays a huge role in keeping me mentally grounded. I am able to sleep better, waking up refreshed with a clear head and ready to take on any challenges brought to me. It is these feelings that made me want to learn more about this lifestyle to where I decided to incorporate this into a career. Being able to mentor and motivate others is one of the best feelings I know.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I would use these funds to continue on my own fitness journey in the form of education so that I am able to share my knowledge and experiences with others. After all, you are NEVER too old or it is NEVER to late to incorporate health and fitness into your lifestyle.
