The crazy thing is most people have no idea how good they can actually feel & because of this don’t see health & vitality for all it can be! Once you take that first step you will never look please, take 1 step at a time & START!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Everything positive in my life is heightened because of fitness. It’s my hobby, my career and my passion. Fitness keeps me humble, happy and level makes me a better person - always content and engaged. Everything that I love involves fitness... sports/movement, climbing, exploring...nature and animals. I love to feel worn out yet energized and strong. The list really goes on....Fitness positively influences my life in ways I could write about for days.
