What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

As a trainer and athlete my goal is to help others become the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves. Every person is capable of becoming fit and healthy. Loving yourself, inside and out is part of living a health lifestyle and that change can be made as long as you put your mind to it. Part of my job is to help people realize they are special and beautiful inside and out. I recommend everyone to start there fitness journey today and to start loving themselves because you are amazing!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness has had such an amazing impact on my life since a very young age. Growing up I was a hockey player who trained year round to be the best athlete I could be. Fitness has showed me how strong and inspiring I can be. Throughout the years I have hit many obstacles and if it wasn't for my love of fitness I know I would not be where I am today. My first year of high school I realized fitness was my passion and it motivated me to graduate a year early and persue my career in fitness.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If I were the next Ms. Health and Fitness, I would use the $20,000 to start up my dream business. My long term goal is to open up my own gym that allows people of all ages and experiences to come learn to live a healthy lifestyle. From training, nutrition and recovery, my goal is to help people love fitness the way I do and it would be a perfect start!
