I would recommend a clean meal plan and no dieting. Diets don’t work. You should do something you can do for the rest of your life. Workout everyday, use supplements, and get plenty of sleep. I got into fitness 7 Year’s ago. I was an out of shape mom of 2 boys and newly divorced. I found fitness and changed the way I ate. I stopped eating fast food and drinking soda and started working out 5 days a week. I was 120 pounds and 23% body fat. I started using AdvoCare supplements and really focusing on myself. I am currently 140 pounds and 13% body fat. I met my husband who was my trainer at the time. Fitness has given me confidence and changed my mindset.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I own a gym and would love to invest in my gym so that I can help others get the results I’ve gotten and help them with their self confidence. If people could feel what i feel and have that confidence, then everything changes for the better. I would also take my family on a cruise because they have never been on one.
