I highly recommend consistency, regardless of your goals and/or ambitions. Whether it be gaining muscle, losing body fat, setting a personal record, walking that extra mile, eating more moderately, etc. this list is infinite. I often preach to those who take interest in the fitness lifestyle in general that being happy within and with oneself is of the utmost importance regarding growth, spiritually mentally and physically!How does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness affects my life positively in every way possible. Every aspect of what this lifestyle entails aids my growth as a person. It had made me stronger not only physically but sometimes more importantly mentally. It has helped me with decision making, it has helped me become tougher in general. Life can be hard sometimes but knowing there is light when all seems dark is of the utmost importance. Being a positive influence for not only myself but those closest to me is what matters most.
