What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

I would recommend having a positive attitude, dedication, & trusting the process. Being fit & healthy is not an easy process but if you trust your trainer/coach & keep hope you will achieve the goals you want. Adding water to the equation is also a necessity & eating right. Our body needs the proper nutrients to heal itself &build muscle.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness positively influences my life by provided me with confidence and makes my life stress free. I feel great about my body knowing that I am constantly working out &I believe that confidence of feeling good &looking good vibrates throughout my body and into the way I carry myself. If I am having a bad day I know a hard workout will tire me out but also release the stress that I encountered during the day. Fitness has shown me that I love to work hard & I am dedicated to everythin

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If I were the next Ms Health and Fitness I would take the $20,000 and put it towards opening a kids mental health fitness center and investing in my Ms. Wellness Tea company. I believe their are not a lot of kid fitness centers for the younger youth and obesity is high in children these days. I want to create a center where children get to learn about the holistic ways to be healthy and fit. Understanding mental health at a young age is vital so we can stop the problem before it begins.
