What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

The fastest way to change your state is to get physical on a consistent basis...to incorporate physical movement and good nutrition. Embrace all aspects of your life style experiences and abilities considering training, competing and nutrition. Commit to being patient and shifting your mindset and habits and then your physique and health will follow .

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness has always been a form of personal therapy for me ... -it is an allowed me to develop my inner athlete and has helped me to improve moods, energy levels, confidence and performance in my professional sport. Fitness has been my gateway to be a mentor and an influencer for many women around the world. Fitness has allowed me to be an extremely strong role model for my two sons.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

This generous reward would be utilized to grow my integrative (empowerment) coaching business for women that I am currently launching. In doing so, I would be able to continue working at helping and addressing many issues women face in their psychology, fitness, parenting and nutrition. The reward would allow me more freedom to donate more of my time making special guest appearances and teaching speciality fitness classes for a cause. Hosting a fitness & wellness retreat too!
