Fitness is not only a form of therapy for me but it has helped me to grow and develop into the person that I am today. It has taught me the importance of having a vision and it has shown me how quickly you can see results with determination and self belief. Fitness has taught me the importance of consistency and being committed to your dreams. It has taught me to push harder when you feel like giving up and greater appreciation for what my body can achieve. It has taught me to feel strong.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I would use the money to further my fitness, i would hire a coach that can take me to the next level in my training. I would also get a professional modeling portfolio done to market myself more in the fitness industry. I want to be a spokesperson for women who encourages and inspires others to be fit and I want to use the money to help me change lives. I would take my family on a holiday which is long overdue and show my children just what can be achieved when you follow your dreams.
