You have to start somewhere and it’s not going to be easy. But it’s so rewarding when you reach your goals and feel great. So whatever motivates you to get in the gym. Rather is be for a reunion, event, birthday, wedding or just to be healthy for your own-self use that to fuel you. After all your doing this for you!! Your never too old to start new habits or to try to get healthy. You just have to over come your mind and start today and stop putting it off until Monday or a better tHow does fitness positively influence your life?
I can move quicker, I’m stronger and I feel more live and happy when I workout and do fitness activities. I have gained confidence, self esteem and just feel better in general. The fit community is so helpful and supportive and they are there for you when you need them. We really are like a family. The best thing about fitness is that you can alway keep improving on yourself and reach for new goals.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I would use some of it to do a competition show at the end of 2018. I would give back to a fitness organization by donating some of it and this may even help me start up my own fitness studio and spa. I not only love fitness but I really love helping people improve theirs life’s through massage therapy as well. Let’s get healthy, strong and fit together!!
