Don’t be intimidated! No matter what level you are fitness/health wise the fact that you show up and do what you can is enough! You have to start somewhere, everyone started somewhere . A healthy diet is #1. It goes hand in hand you can’t have one without the other, Eating real foods and no processed junk!!! Cut out the sugars and eat lots of veggies and meats!! Find a good trainer who will help you achieve that and that won’t make you feel intimidated and knows nutrition.How does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness save me from bad influences I was surrounded by growing up. Home life wasn’t great and where I grew up it didn’t offer much! I started training at 15 in kickboxing ( along with sports in school) and it kept me focused, gave me something to look forward to, gave me discipline, dedication, motivation.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I really want to expand of my garage gym into a bigger space and offer something we don’t have out in my town!! More certifications of course (I am always getting more certifications and continue to be educated on everything I can)
