Having a full-time job and being a mom of 3, I rely on fitness as an outlet to have "me time." I'm able to use this time to focus on myself. Fitness has taught me that through hard work, dedication, self-discipline and will-power any goal is attainable. Don't make excuses for yourself instead replace negativity thoughts with positive ones. Love yourself more. Challenge yourself to train a little harder than yesterday. I would love to invest and open up my own gym. I would like to give back to my community and help others achieve their fitness goals whether it's losing weight, becoming stronger or simply maintaining. I'm a passionate person and enjoy supporting others in their fitness journey. Being a professional bodybuilder and a mom of 3, I have inspired not just women but also men in my community.
