Getting fit has changed my life! Working out is my stress relief and “me” time. I use my phone for music and jam out. Whether it’s in the gym, at home or while I’m running, it’s my mental break from life’s stresses. I feel stronger physically and mentally since I started working out regularly years ago. I hope my transformation will inspire someone else to go for it! If there’s something you want, work for it. The time will pass anyway, so why not try?If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I would LOVE to go back to school to educate myself more. I graduated from Kent State University with my Bachelors Degree in Public Health and would love to pursue a career where I could help empower, educate and inform people about the importance of overall health and well-being!
