My biggest recommendation is to start small. Many people jump head first into a diet or workout program, get burnt out quickly, and quit. I am all about building sustainable habits! Commit to one new habit - make a healthy breakfast or try that new yoga class you have been eyeing. Start tomorrow! Every day is an opportunity to be better, you don't have to wait until Monday or until x and y are in line. Once you get one thing mastered, add a new challenge and slowly build an arsenal of habits.How does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness literally saved my life. I was living with an undiagnosed digestive disorder, and the outcome of every day was determined on how my stomach felt. Having a consistent workout regiment and proper nutrition diminished my symptoms almost entirely, something dozens of doctors couldn't do!
