What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

In order to become fit and healthy and maintain this lifestyle, you must be patient and trust that it is a process. I recommend working towards and striving for Progress, never Perfection. The important thing is to just START, and take it one day at a time. Do something everyday to better yourself, and don't be afraid to be a little selfish. Your happiness and you health comes first, so make it a priority.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness made me a stronger person physically and mentally. I used to be such a negative person who was doubtful and didn't believe in myself, but once I started training in a way that was specific to MY personal goals and body type, all of that negative energy was redirected into a positive outlook in many aspects of my life. My passion for fitness has lead me to help others to change their lifestyle and reach their personal goals. Helping others with their fitness has been nothing but rewarding

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If I became the next Ms Health & Fitness, I would save and put that money towards my dream career. I want to open up my own studio where I can train clients and groups, consult individuals on their nutrition, and offer massage therapy sessions. All three of these factors tie in with on another, and I want to be able to help individuals with their training, recovery, and nutrition in order to live the most optimal healthy lifestyle.
