What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

People get stuck in it’s an all or nothing mind frame. Little changes can make a huge difference over time. Make changes that are doable for your life and that you can see yourself doing for the long term. Crash diets and extreme workout routines don’t last for the average person. How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness is a part of my life everyday. It pushes me to challenge myself and push my beyond where I once thought my body could go. I’m healthier now than I was in my 20s. It also impacts those who are important to me. My children are running distant races and challenging themselves. My clients know that no matter where your body is today you have the power to change it, because that is the philosophy I live by everyday.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I have a couple international marathons that are on my list to run. The Great Wall of China marathon is at the top of my list. If I won, a trip to China with my family to run it, would be a must.
