Don't try to do it all at once! Everyone wants to make a huge transformation overnight, but putting that kind of pressure on yourself can be overwhelming! It can also lead to unhealthy habits. Instead, I recommend starting with ONE small habit, then building upon it. Little by little, you will CREATE your transformation through small triumphs and in turn, establish positive health habits that will last a lifetime.How does fitness positively influence your life?
I would not be who I am without fitness! For over 20 years, I have been working as a nutritionist, personal trainer, and public speaker, helping others to improve their lives through good health. I cannot describe the impact it has had on my life - from my own meaningful friendships to my clients' life-altering transformations, it brings happiness to my life! It gives me goals to work for, confidence in all facets & a sense of peace and accomplishment that helps me with all life's challengesIf you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
My dream would be to establish a health & fitness retreat for women! I want to create a fun, fit getaway that will help hard-working women and/or moms have a relaxing, uplifting, active destination. At this retreat they would enjoy downtime, mingle with other fit-minded women, and participate in spirit-building seminars that will enable them to go home feeling stronger, fitter, and uplifted! And in the process they will hopefully gain friends and a support group for life :)
