I'd recommend doing workouts that you enjoy! There are so many different kinds of physical activity out there from yoga & pilates, to water sports like diving & freediving to circuits / crossfit, outdoor adventure sports like hiking, etc, the list is endless!! So find the activity that's fun for you, yet still challenging! Then build a community of friends to workout with! This helps keep the motivation, plus it's more fun & easier with people around you who enjoy the same activitiesHow does fitness positively influence your life?
Well, fitness along with my training for freediving has taught me so much, things I didn't even expect, about mental determination, humility, self respect & so many other things, and this has really enabled me to create a life that I love! Waking up early to train every day, learning and experimenting, building my physical and mental strength to push through the pain so that I can dive deeper, finding out what it is that stops me then finding solutions to break through those barriers.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I would use the $20,000 to help fund my freediving training & blog. This way I can focus all of my attention not just on training hard & competing but also sharing my experiences on my blog to inspire others, especially woman, about a lifestyle where fitness, health, yoga, meditation & passion for the water all play a special role. My goal is to be a positive mentor to those who are looking to find their way & passion in sport, work & life, this helps keep me inspired too :)
