Q&A

What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Start. Just start right where you are and don't ovethink the process. Find something you like to do that moves your body and the momentum will build. Just Keep Going. It's such a mental game and when you start hitting the small achievements, you will begin to see the possibility that your goals are attainable. I didn't start my fitness journey until I was 41 years old....only three years ago. Trust me....it IS POSSIBLE!!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness has shown me how to care for myself in ways I never knew I needed. Emotionally, mentally and the physical transformations that have and continue to evolve has anchored my discipline in all areas of my personal and professional life.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

Create a dedicated community space that promotes all encompassing wellness and the self-care initiative I believe so strongly in; especially for young girls and women of all ages.
