It helps me to value my self worth. It helps me to deal with day to day life stresses that are out of my control because, well, life happens. It helps me sleep better each night. It helps me feel better about myself not just physically but also mentally. It is my daily natural "happy pill". And overall, it influences me to be a better person not just within myself, but also towards others. People tend to be drawn to happy people & you end up being surrounded by like-mind people.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I would invest this money into my personal training business. I would use part of it to develop my skills even further by enrolling myself into additional health & fitness courses to better my knowledge. I would also use part of the money to add additional equipment & services to Feline Fitness where my clients will gain even more from me as their trainer. I want nothing more than for my clients & future clients to get the results I have had over time for a better quality of life.
