What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Being healthy and fit is a journey. It doesn't happen over night but the end result is worth it. With persistence and dedication you are able to reach the goals you want to obtain. I would recommend writing down who, what, when, where and why! Who do you want to better yourself for? What are your long term goals? Where do you want to start? Why do you want to make a change? When you feel like you are loosing your motivation look back on your reasoning to remind you what you are striving for!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

I am very passionate about being healthy and strong. When I go to the gym I leave all my worries, pain and life struggles behind. It brings positivity into my life and helps me to set goals in other areas of my life to achieve. Fitness to me brings mental clarity and happiness. It is a huge part of my life and my children's lives. They love seeing me as a strong, dedicated and determined women.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would start my childrens college fund!
