What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

On your path towards a healthier lifestyle, I recommend focusing on yourself and your personal goals both externally and internally! Mental health and nutrition are just as important, if not arguably more important, than a workout regimen. In order to become the best version of yourself you need to take time to think of what that version of you looks like, feels like and how they think of themselves and others. Next, you'll want to start taking steps toward reaching that status every single day.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness is not just a healthy way to de-stress and boost your mood as well as metabolism but it is also an outlet for you to build confidence, friendships, and a schedule for your life as a whole. Rather than allowing yourself to fall into the lazy day to day having a desire to spend time working on yourself for yourself will do you immense benefits in every aspect of your life, from relationships to nutritional decisions choosing to live a fitness backed lifestyle will do nothing but good.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If I was to win Ms. Health and Fitness I would take the reward and invest it in my community and building a larger support system for individuals to feel appreciated and supported in their goals and growth through fitness, nutrition, and all mental health endeavors. As well I would like to educate more individuals in my community on the benefits of fitness, nutrition and all aspects of living a healthy fulfilling life
