What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

You need to find something that is sustainable. Something you love to do. Being and staying fit and healthy needs to be a natural part of your day and if you find something you love to do that keeps you fit and healthy, that will ultimate lead to a sustainable lifestyle.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

It keeps me mentally strong and focused in all aspects of my life. Fitness is something I choose to do because I LOVE being fit and strong and having that confidence has moved across all areas of my life. Having that confidence has allowed me have a much healthier romantic relationship and to excel in my work life.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would use it to further my education in health and fitness. I have my bachelors of science in nutrition and multiple certifications in personal training and sports nutrition. That being said, there is always more to learn and room to grow and I want to be as knowledgeable as possible for my future clients and for myself.
