The most important thing you need to think about is everything you are doing outside of the gym, which is what really counts. Getting your steps in, just overall staying active (going on bike rides, swimming, hikes, doing fun actives) and not sitting on the couch all day will help you get fit and healthy for life!How does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness has been in my life since I was a kid! Growing up doing every sport possible really helped shape my mind and character. There was definitely some fall outs through my life but I was always back figuring out new ways to work my body and mind to stay active and positive.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
If I were the next Ms Health and Fitness I would use the money to help open up my own gym to create an atmosphere where women can come together to be their best selves, work hard and stay focused. It will give me the opportunity to help spread my knowledge and to help even more people through their fitness journey.
