Through Yoga and Mindfulness I was able to over come an 8 year eating disorder as well as successfully get off of prescription meds I had been on for over a decade such as Xanax, Trazadone, Zoloft & Adderall. Fitness gave me a physical outlet for all of my emotional energy that was being expressed as anxiety and depression.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
There is a plot of land that Ive been looking at in Joshua Tree, CA that cost almost exactly $20,000 and the first thing I would do would be to buy the land and expand my Cannabis Retreat Company (@thecannabisretreat). Ive started a non-profit Sergio & Furiends (Named after my Chihuahua that survived 6 days on his own in the Mexican jungle) that I would finally have the space to do something i've always wanted to do, open a dog sanctuary!
