Workout the way that works best for you! It's very easy to give up on your fitness goals when you aren't enjoying your workouts! I think it's so important to find what works best for you. Whether its weight lifting, cardio, HIIT, yoga, cycling, barre... make sure that you are enjoying your workouts! Healthy looks different on everyone! Fueling your body with the right foods is so important! When you properly fuel your body.. not only will you see results physically but emotionally as well!How does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness plays a huge role in my life. Working out is part of my daily self-care routine! Fitness has taught me how to truly love myself and to finally feel confident in my own skin. Once I began working out I felt strong and I love that feeling (emotionally and physically). I feel so incredibly grateful to be able to help so many girls. I know what it feels like to feel insecure.. and the fact that I can help girls with their self-love is amazing!If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
With the $20,000 I would first help my parents out! They were my #1 supporters since day one. When I told them what my dreams were.. they believed in me and knew that I could achieve them..they never gave up on me! So I would probably send them on a nice vacation somewhere ;)! I would put some toward student loans..and of course my business! There are a few projects and products that I would love to make happen!
