I’d say the first most important step is to make a commitment to yourself. Commit to get up everyday and dedicate just one hour towards being active. The second step i’d say is to keep it fun and always try new things. The key to health and fitness is not just about looking great (although that’s the main motivator), it’s about feeling good, and when we’re having fun we’re feeling good and when we feel good we’re capable of amazing things!How does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness influences every aspect of life. I’m a personal trainer so my career is driven by keeping my clients motivated to work harder every single day towards a better stronger version of themselves.In order for me to be able to do that, I myself have to feel strong, confident and motivated. I have to lead by example within my own life and through fitness.I feel more in control of my well being and therefore I’m able to approach all aspects of my life in that same light.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
If I became Ms Health and Fitness, I would invest my winnings into my life long dream of going into business for myself and building upon my brand
