What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Don’t do what everyone else is doing. Being fit and healthy is a very personal thing. What works for one may not work for someone else. It’s a bunch of trial and error, finding what works for YOU. it’s about being consistent and never giving up.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness has never been a part of my life until about a few years ago when i realized i enjoyed lifting and getting stronger. I was constantly working to be better than the person i was the day before. If I’m stressed with work or life, i get a good lift in and i can tell you i feel a thousand times better. Even doing my morning cardio it gets my day started and i feel so energized !

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If i was to win, i wouldn’t even know what to do with that. I think for starters i would help my Parents pay off some bills, so they’re less stressed. They’ve been supportive of me and my choices in the fitness world that i need to do something in return. I would probably save most of it for my future ! And i would buy a small vacation for my best friend and i since we always wanted to go away together but never had the chance because we were always working
