Think about your goals and why you want to achieve those goals. Then set a deadline for yourself. If you’re working hard day in and day out but have no deadline, you’re less likely to complete the process and reach your end goals. When you know why you’re doing what you’re doing and know that there’s a finish line at the end you’ll have something to look forward to and count down towards. This will help motivate you to push harder each and everyday!How does fitness positively influence your life?
I started my fitness journey my third year of law school and have never looked back. Not only does fitness help me relieve stress, but I’ve had 2 amazing transformations in such short periods of time. I pushed my body to limits I never thought I could and learned so much about myself and my body. Im in the best shape of my life, doing bikini competitions 2.5 years post-partum & I’m so happy to be able to share my story with other fit moms to motivate and inspire them to reach theIf you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I would start by paying off a portion of my student loans and then invest in a home that my daughter can grow up and make amazing memories in. I would then invest in my boyfriend’s gym (The Strength Center) so that we can expand and open a second location to continue helping others in our community reach their personal health and fitness goals.
