What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

1. Be patient - Change takes time. Set long-term goals, break them down into short-term goals, then modify your daily habits to support those goals. 2. Eat the rainbow - Eating healthy doesn't have to be boring. Have fun in the kitchen and eat colorful fruits and veggies that will keep you fueled and feeling your best. #fitveganrecipes 3. Live compassionately - Abundant health and fitness starts in your mind. When your mind is healthy, your body will always follow.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Most of my life, I was so shy I couldn't speak in front of people, I doubted myself, and I was afraid of failing. When my fitness journey started, every workout was a challenge, but I learned to embrace the challenge and surprised myself with my strength. That strength wasn't just in the gym. It carried over into every aspect of my life. Now I am a bikini competitor, and I give cooking demos to thousands of people in hopes that I will inspire others to find their strength.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I started my business because I want to change the world. People all over the world are struggling right now, and I believe that if we showed each other some compassion and lived healthier lives, the world would be a better place. I have invested all of my energy, time, and money into my business because I believe I can help others improve their lives through health and fitness. $20,000 would help me grow my business, expand my reach, and maybe even change the world.
