My biggest piece of advice for anyone starting on their own fitness journey would be to not give up. You will have times that you feel like quitting, times you hurt, times you have lost the motivation to train. You'll encounter set backs and obstacles but you need to remember they won't last. Keep pushing forward. Show up even on the days you don't want to. Remember fitness is a lifestyle, there are no quick fixes. Beleive in yourself and anything is possible!How does fitness positively influence your life?
My fitness journey hasn't been an easy one. I've struggled through injuries & setbacks but I've never given up. When I started, fitness was my way to help deal with depression. It has literally saved my life! Not just physically but mentally I have over come so much. I've learned to love myself. I have found my passion to help others reach goals of their own! I have always had self doubt but gaining strength in the gym has allowed me to see I'm capable of so much more than I ever thought.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I will be honest winning would give me the opportunity to finally have a savings account and help me build my career in the health and fitness industry. I would also love to put aside some money for my daughter. She is the reason I push myself so hard. I started this to be around for her. She is my "Why"! I continue to fight each and every day for her.
