What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

My main goal in the fitness community is to help other woman believe in themselves and realize their greatness. My biggest advice would be to never compare your journey to others. This is a lifestyle and it’s important to take it day by day. As long as your doing your best, that’s what counts! Remember to celebrate all of your victories big or small. It’s about who you’ve lifted up, who you’ve made better, and about what you can give back to others.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

What I love about competing is that it really challenges me, helps you overcome struggle, requires a lot self-discipline, has taught me more about myself than I could have imagined, and it’s a sport where you can constantly improve and make changes to better yourself! Before competing I was always worried about my weight and struggled with eating disorders in highschool where I would restrict and binge. I finally feel happy and proud in my skin.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would be so excited to be the next Ms Health and Fitness. I would use the money to help grow my MorganLindseyFit business which is based around positivity and living a healthy lifestyle physically and mentally. Change your mindset, you can change your life!
