1. Hire a coach!! It’s funny how so many people don’t understand that even coaches need coaches. I find the biggest factor in a successful transformation is always accountability. 2. Feed your body like it’s a top of the line exotic race car. What you put into you body is 100% responsible for how it functions. Eat whole, natural, and “from the earth” foods as much as possible. 3. Check yo’self! Its important to notice when you’re making excuses.How does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness saved my life, I was spiraling out of control in my late teens and turned to lifting, it completely changed my life. Because of the huge positive impact it had on me, I knew it could help others too. It’s not just my job to help people learn and live a healthy lifestyle, it’s my passion.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
Obviously with such a large amount of money, my business could certainly grow.. many of my ideas to help women through fitness could blossom. Beyond that though, If I won the 20k I’d keep half to further develop my future business projects and donate the other half to both a woman’s shelter & an animal shelter. I think it’s SO important to give back and help those less fortunate and those who can’t care for themselves.
