What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

"Let yourself be a beginner". Don't be afraid or embarrassed of not knowing what to do, every one has a starting point in their journey. The key is to stop wishing and start doing. You deserve to live your best and healthiest life. Take advantage of the plethora of information that's ar your fingertips (hello Google!) and take it one step at a time and one day at a time. It adds up before you know it. Be okay with being uncomfortable, growth comes from outside of your comfort zone!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness is my passion. It has helped me continuously strive to become my best self, to kick aside years of toxic habits and discover self love and my calling to help others create their best life. It's my therapy from the daily grind with the added bonus of aesthetic and health benefits. It has also provided me with the opportunity to create incredible connections with amazing individuals, both through the lifestyle and from coaching others through their fitness journey.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I'd invest most of it into my coaching business, M'powered Fitness, which is geared toward teaching women how to create empowering habits to help them create confidence and reach their lifestyle and fitness goals. The remainder would be donated to a non-profit animal rescue organization.
