Ms. Health and Fitness and Jared Allen's Homes for Wounded Warriors would like to thank Milla Weithington and her voters for helping us donate $179,724.93 to our injured United States military veterans!

What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Stay active, eat lots of protein and enjoy everything in moderation. Reminder, fitness is not just a lifestyle, it's healthy. The best way to stay motivated when getting fit, is to find an activity or sport you like. As you train and play you'll find both make you better mentally and physically. Stay motivated, stay fit...Stay happy.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness greatly influences most things I do. In training I always find ways to push my limits so that I become faster, stronger, and more flexible. I know that if I can push myself past my own limits, then there is nothing I can not do if I set my mind to it. This gives me the confidence to always go for the things I want, without the fear of failure holding me back. I hope I can inspire others to feel the same.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

Upon winning I would definitely use some of it for me and my husband to travel and enjoy life. I firmly believe you should reward yourself when accomplishing things. It's a big motivation factor. The rest I would use to expand our Martial arts and Fitness school to continue motivating others, so they are confident enough to accomplish their Hope's and dreams through fitness as well.
